Policy  We have tried to describe the items objectively and as accurately
as possible, but I cannot guarantee it. Antiques do not always lend themselves to exact classification and description.
The representation is simply an opinion as to the style and age of the piece. Good design and taste are personal perceptions.
However, we recognize that perceptions differ so a return policy is part of our trading conditions. Please note that electronic
media cannot always reproduce colors faithfully. You are invited to email or call with any questions or requests for further information.
If you are not happy with your purchase please notify me within 3 days after receiving it. A full refund (less a 5% restocking
fee) will be given for the purchase price after I receive the piece in the same condition as it was shipped. Any damages to
the piece will negate the refund. You must pay for the insurance, shipping and handling costs for the original delivery and
the return shipment. We accept payments through Paypal. Please allow 2-3 days for processing and
shipping. Shipping, Handling and Insurance are included in the item's listing. Small items will
be shipped USPS, Priority Mail or First Class, as appropriate. Large, heavy items requiring specialized handling
(IE: Lamps) will be shipped UPS and stated shipping charges include special packaging. All items are packed to comply with
carrier requirements. Insurance is mandatory. Any claims against loss or damages while in transit or storage are the responsibility
of carrier, customer and insurance provider. We will happily assist with supportive documentation originating from our offices
to assist in your claim, but are not liable for reimbursement. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please ask
prior to purchase or bidding. Cancelled orders will incur a 5% restocking fee.
